Belvedere Castle Terrace

Guest Count: max 25 pp

Nearby Entrance: 81st Street and Central Park West

Belvedere Castle Terrace is located at 81st Street and Central Park West.  Named for its italian meaning “beautiful view,” Belvedere Castle Terrace overlooks some of central parks most gorgeous areas.  Belvedere Castle Terrace was originally designed in 1865 for the sole purpose of being a Victorian Folly–a fantasy structure that provides a stunning backdrop and views, but with no real purpose.  Its strong stone facade, grand turret and flag make Belvedere Castle a beautiful backdrop for any wedding ceremony.  Although ceremonies cannot be held in the castle, the gazebo in the nearby terrace provides a great location to hold the ceremony.  Belvedere Castle Terrance can accommodate up to 25 people.
